Thanks Tartan, hopefully, but I am afraid it will take time.
I am located in the event industry (Laser, Multi Media) with focus on cruiseships. A nice niche. It was. Had fun, earned good money. Actually it is Death Valley without water.
Eduardo, I would not say better. I was recently very much surprised of the lovely stroke flow on desktop. Drawing on my really aged 21“UX Cintiq
In Photoshop
Beside that Adobe really improved a lot for painters, the 21“, even with 1600x1200px is a different Story. Not to forget verve, this three strokes turning immediately into Art wonder!
But where is my desktop when I am in the kitchen for breakfast? Where is my desktop when I am lying in my bed with my cool, comfortable sitting pillow? Where is it when I am watching TV, or I am in my bathroom or somewhere else in the house, or waiting at the doctors or in the plane, train whatever!. It‘s a digital Sketchbook one can carry around easily. The 10,5“ is a good compromise between size, weight (500 gr including protectors and pencil) and power. Power is the reason why I use Procreate. Above picture is something like 4400x6500 px with 13! Layers. On a tiny tablet! Working flawless. Infinite Painter is the app I love most due to it‘s UI and functionality, but „only“ offers flawless working with 3500x3500px on my hardware. IP is available on Android as well. Samsung seems to do fantastic stuff.
I was always looking for a mobile option, and it‘s seriously hard to being prisoned in my office now for desktop work, specially as I spent my last 30 years sitting and getting serious problems with one pose for more than 2h.
Windows only offers Surface Book with that power, but missing touch optimised apps. Actually there is no money anyway. I don‘t know how long this madness will last. All my friends in industry are on hold. Millions will not survive worldwide, financially. The virus is destroying so much, much more lives than statistics will ever mention.
