Thanks, Ed! Yeah, I had to tame Smudge a bit, because of all the rightful complaints about potential black glitches. But I also had added sensitivity to pressure, if it was turned on for opacity. My plan had been to eventually split pressure sensitivity into 3 categories: Size, Opacity and Blending/Smudging. This will come eventually, too. Then you should be back to doing the wilder stuff. BUT I have planned fora lot more things, including brush paint loading and release, meaning a more simulated behavior of brush and paint as well as various dynamic behaviors of bristles, which will likely take the sensation to the next level regarding natural feeling.
On top of all that, everything I'm exploring with Vervette will find some way into Verve, which will be incredibly exciting for me, for sure, and I'm hoping it will like that for everyone.
Thanks, again, Ed, you are doing beautiful stuff! Love the portrait for she radiates life through her sadness. Life is what a portrait should be able to convey and you're achieving it!
