AH, I'm sure there are folks here, who can come to your rescue on the capture end of things. There are countless free options. But don't worry, I just think it would be awesome to see what you're doing!

For very speedy short videos try the fabulous free one GifCam !

Or bandicam - for videocapturing, not free but not very expensive. But GifCam I will try it -.- even I have bandicam. There is also a freeware video-capturing software CamStudio, but I was not very impressed.
