Fuchsia Doodles

Silly randomness. When I opened this made in an old version of Verve, the whole thing turned into a blurry puddle of fluid goo, but that wasn't much different from its initial look, heh.


And another color sky. I wanted to do something lit from below, and I like the texture #8 brush creates: something like stucco on these light-colored images.


Also I really like the new high-res lighting option; now you need to add x4 and x8 modes, hehe

Hehe, yeah, there is a possibility for perfection and I should hook up a kind of "export quality" option or so. I'll think about it for sure!

I really enjoy those abstracts. There's something calming and something moving about them. Don't hold back and keep them coming!

So since I seem to be known as the cat person, here, have a cat. (based on this photo)



Took a few hours. I think that's my first time painting clouds, at least painterly style, and my first time using the grid tool. Also your background-to-foreground method worked great in this case (though I nearly ran out of layers!)
