Re: Vervette Fluid Sandbox...

Ok, I cannot help myself but have to ask you: What do you mean by you cannot restart today?!? ...that totally reminds me of the old days of having to render for 20 hours some massive scene, haha. :hihi:

Anyway, made me curious.
Also, so you had to manually enable webGL2 on Chrome? And did that work then?
Here to help! :D

Re: Vervette Fluid Sandbox...

:-) Little bit similar :-) I am working on a bigger web admin project, if I restart I have to set all environment again, run my web service, VPN to office, start a database, database management, many Chrome pages. I do want to do all these actions so often. I use system hybernation to re-run system quickly, so I try to avoid restart as possible. :-)

Yes, the restart of WebGL using the steps from the link helped me! But I still don't know why it can occur..

Re: Vervette Fluid Sandbox...

AH, what you need is a nice startup script for all your stuff to get setup! :ugeek:
...certainly worth looking into.

Well, cool, if it works, it works! :ob I'm glad.

Pretty amazing how it feels to do 2.5d stuff directly. I am seriously thinking about adding "modeling" features like smoothing, flattening and the likes. It just feels so...uhm... sexy? c:! :ud:

Vervette Fluid Sandbox v1.23

FL.SLIP I couldn't resist and added "SLIP", allowing the brush to sort of slip over the fluids. It's just a multiplier for the amount of velocity transferred.

It's almost not surprising how awesome this little slider makes everything, but then again... it is, too! :hyper: ...here's a big YAY to the sandbox nature of this all; I can try anything! :bounce:

Something can be scripted, something not. For example, I have to run IDE and VPN manually. And to write a correct setup script takes an additional time. System hibernation is easier.. ;-)

Back to your gem. FL.SLIP sounds great, have to check it out!
