i see this working beautifully with a short particle "life time" with a large +- to it

So that, if you start the stroke out pressing hard, many Bristles are born and then when you contunue the stroke softly, the bristles die out, gradually and randomly along the stroke

Maybe some bunching to it? Like, nine out of ten Bristles spawn close to already existing Bristles and the 10th in a far out "empty area"

Hmmmh, if the 10th would be a "Seed Bristle" and would have a "Max Child bristle" sort of thing, clumps would emerge and decay, i imagine.
