Anyway, here's something different. I just couldn't resist that Snake Eye from jim's references...
...kinda makes me wonna add a spaceship!

The Canvas highlight sparkles in the reflection make this ... Is it an extra layer or erased in, again?

Cool Pilou, i like the fine lamination on the heavy buildup ... looks much like the Parrot eye ... i've been wondering how to achieve that look
In germany we say that too much TV makes your eyes square, though

Seeing those pictures the eye is even more than a planet, it's almost a universe around a black hole. A black hole sucking in the surrounding world.
